Who builds it
IsauLab automations are designed by an engineer who specializes in cybersecurity and AI, and every build is personally reviewed before delivery. We're based in Kobe and work online with clients across Japan.
We use AI agents for day-to-day operations and first drafts, but quotes, security reviews and delivery decisions are always made by a person.
Why we're "faceless"
We'd rather earn your trust through transparency than through a headshot. Our pricing, scope and security practices are public, and all communication happens by email so there's always a written record. Because there are no meetings, we put extra care into quotes and documentation.
